Each image, measuring approximately 20 x 30 inches in size, is personally printed by Bob Degus, in his studio on Spring Street, on Gallery Row, in Downtown Los Angeles, onto a luxurious
24x36 inch sheet of 100% Cotton Archival Hahnemühle FineArt Matt Photo Rag, with a weight of 308 gsm. The paper is glorious to the touch (and delightful to the eye).
Each First Edition printing is strictly limited to three numbered
prints in the edition, meaning 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3. A printer's proof and a presentation proof may or may not exist for each image. After the completion of the run the high-resolution electronic plate (digital file) complete with "Little Bob Banner", used to make this edition, will be destroyed & deleted.
Each image is hand-inscribed with a unique print identifier and hand signed by Bob Degus. These are the first time these images have been printed as Fine Art images, and will probably be the only time they are available as images personally printed by Bob Degus.
Each First Edition print is hand embossed, with the DegusArt & Vaudeville Genuine Seal, indicating the year the individual print itself was made.
This seal is destroyed at the end of each calendar year. The year
the image was first proofed can be determined by the "Little Bob"
image printed near the seal.
Each image comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, prepared and signed by the photographer, and perhaps of more interest, The Story behind the picture.
Made to last generations, these images represent an exciting opportunity for the experienced collector or the aspiring one, to participate in obtaining a unique collection of images, defined by their distinctive visual harmony, stunning print quality and rarity of number.
Their classic composition and universal, diverse subject matter make them perfect to enjoy for a lifetime and pass on to your grandchildren, and with luck their grandchildren.
